coo... the stars at top would look hot if they were white too. Im feelin this. Its blended nicely. the background is coo too.

still looks pretty nice, almost exactly like one Tizz did tho... only difference is he had Tropical trees in the bg...

The fact you did almost nothing. The quality of the PSD is eh, there is no blending, the text doesn't fit, the color doesn't go either. You missed the top of his hat. Should have made the stars white and red, cuz there is no black in the focal point.
