Who thinks that its impossible to fall in love in a short amount of time?
I've been in relationships and gave advice on relationships with people who either said it was too soon to be in love or that they were falling for the person too fast or some shit. Personally i think its bull shit to even say.

Life is short. reguardless of how long you live its still short because we are destined to die. if life was infinite we wouldnt be saying life is short. life is short indeed because its not infinite. so i say if life is short why stop or hide your feelings, when you know you feel a certain way thats just how it is no matter how long it took. I do believe you can fall in love with someone fast. it all depends on whether or not your ready to accept the fact you are falling for that person, and would want them to know.

But, part of that is lust as well...

The chemical Phenylethylalamine can distort the truth of a situation...i.e., the "love" chemical

You can't control chemistry tho...Some people you just have an electric spark with off the bat...It's pretty amazing how it works...And, I've come to find out that looks don't always have much to do with it.

Hell you can fall inlove with being around someone after a few days... But you dont know if jack shit will last untill you really know someone and have spent enough time with them to actually get to know who they really are......

Life IS short... Too short to make stupid moves... You gotta stay smart and dont let your emotions cloud judgement..........

Yea...there have been times when I was wit someone who shud have been attractive to me, but there was no chemistry whatsoever...Then, someone who didn't look as "good" I had way more chemistry with...

Love aint a chemical reaction... The chemical reactions happen BECAUSE of love... Its as much phychological as it is physical..

The "feelings" are caused by chemicals...much like happiness and anger...

all neurotransmitters. The psychological aspect is mostly controlled by those...It's how someone can break his leg and not feel the pain...Those endorphins block it...When those endorphins run out, the he experiences the pain.

I dont really believe in love in a short period of time...i use to believe in that bull shit....but when you "think" your in love in a short period of time...all the excitement goes away...well mine did....there was nothing to look forward 2.....

Love in a short period of time ended up being just that for me...Love in a short period of time...I mean how can you love some one that damn quick...thats exactly why my relationships end...

You never know if that person is a damn bird brain or just crazy as hell in a short period of time...i mean people can act there asses of for a long as time...

So now...when I talk to some one in a short period of time and they be like "I love you"...shid i say "I like you 2"...there is no point in leading them on....ya kno.... :thumbup:

You would be correct.. But for chemicals to be released in the first place there has to be a trigger that is set in the brain by experiencing the circumstance that leads up to it, which is all mental...

Too an extent, love is like a phychological addiction.. Chemicals and side effects are a product of it......

I fully agree...its like in the mind...I had this "phase" i went through were i thought I HAD to be with some one or i would die...I mean I didnt want to feel alone and shit....but I was tired of going through bull shit relationships....

But then I realized that it was all in my mind...I thought I need some one...now i'm not sayin i'm like a "man hater" or anything like that...because I'm not...but I am ok with being by myself at times...ya kno...so that shit is in the mind

The "googly" feeling..."butterflies"...and all those physiological aspects of "love" are caused by Chemicals.

That's been shown time and again through experimentation.

Sure, the initial attraction, and the commitment to sustain a relationship are controlled by visceral senses and your logic. But, emotions and feelings are neurotransmitters.

I'm a firm believer that you can fall in love with someone the first time you meet them.

"love at first sight" experienced that too.

sadly, most of those quick-love relationships go out just as fast and as suddenly as they came in
