I Do ..Have Nightmares.
 

You wit me till the end, still a friend and such a pretty thing
..today ima give you a ring that'll make the whole city bling
with you, i feel like i won ..dont care where the winner places
the whole night mapped out, we'll begin wit dinner reservations
beautiful mind, stunning in every aspect ..that i have met
is there any piece of you that i havent grabbed yet
and that aint past tense, ima make it like a fable for you
candles and something like a dozen roses at our table for two
the time is mine to impress and try to dine this dime
nod for the waiter, tell him to bring a bottle of his finest wine
and i'll decide, i aint trying to be a poor host
then i gave the word to the server, then i odered for both
went in for a toast, not something i'd do in the past
got the undivided attention, banged the spoon on the glass
id like to dedicate this night to the love that we share more
than the love of breathing and even the ones we care for
im here for a reason and you have no clue how hard the task is
but i did some thinkin so just listen, i have to ask this ..
one knee, kneel down ..now you can stop the guessing
cos' im sweating bullets and it was still hard to pop the question
the words were mummbled out, to the girl i thought id never meet
in the world that has the words, that i didnt think id ever speak
grabbed the ring finger, felt like none else was around the place
her hand over her mouth, while tears rolled down her face
there was no doubt in her head, what she was tryin to speak
but before she did, i rolled outta bed ..with a sigh of relief
