Use fruity loops or something......

not for mp3's, you'd just be inserting "mix sounds" and shi like that on thos mp3 mixing programs, but if you want it to sound pro, get your music and put it on a CD (source CD) and load up a blank (recording CD) and put a 'CD mixer' to work and play with the turntables. comes out exactly like scratches on records and no one can tell the difference.
