who here works out?
i havent worked out in like 5 years but im not fat or anything but i decide to start going daily to start getting my calfs from looking so tiny anyone know what is the best exercise /method to get my calves huge.

calf raises............theres a machine at most gyms that you can use....just ask around at the gym......thats the best workout right there son

1st off, if you're black, we typically have skinnier calves than white guys...I mean, look at Shaq. The man is 7' 3" 320+ lbs and have calves the size of a man weighin 180 lbs...
neway...I've heard one of the best ways to get calves in shape is to run. Also, you can do single calf lifts. You know, you stand on one leg with weights in hand and raise up onto your toes with the foot still planted. Alternate those... |
