My vocals are mad echoey cause of this house,aside from uildin a homade booth what can i do...nothin where i need to have shit..lol

soften your walls son. comforters, blankets, flip a matress, etc. Oh yeah, in my bedroom there's these big metal closet doors and after playing with sound a little bit, I came to discover those things are echo generators. I take em out every time I'm about to record.

All that shit adds up man.

Is your mic omni or unidirectional?

Uhh i tihnk its omni but i aint sure man,Condenser mic MXL 990

oh ok, the 990 is unidirectonal but it DOES have one of the widest and furthest pickups I've seen on a uni.

you picked a mic that doesn't best suit your voice BTW. the frequencies your voice is at, the 990 rolls off at.

oh well. you know the routine man, lemme know how shit goes. 1
