World War 3?...This current escalation of violence in the Middle East
 

1st of all, my thoughts and prayers go out to all who have suffered, and are suffering as a result of the current chaos in the Middle East. I think we become desensitized to the violence because it appears so far away. Think about it. That grandmother you see crying on cnn.com's web site over the death of relatives could be yours. Imagine bombs going off in your neighborhood, and people you know being killed daily as a result of the fighting. I pray that God steps in and puts and end to this violence. Even so, God's will be done.

The Hezbollah regime has initiated war-talk rhetoric aimed at the United States. In their latest act of antagonism, Hezbollah leaders declared their preparedness to attack U.S. interests and that they are, "...ready for World War 3." Ethiopia is prepared to invade Somalia. Iran is still attempting to acquire enriched Uranium, or the ability to centrifuge it. North Korea still has ambitions to start a new millennium "cold war" with the United States. Iraq is still in a state of tumult. People, the world is on the brink of destruction.

Pray that God guides the leaders of this world to make Godly decisions. Pray that God's will be done. And, above all, get your "house" in order people. By house, I'm not talking about your place of address.

I don't know which conflict you're referring to. But, if you're referring to Israel and Hezbollah, I'd hardly call ethnic cleansing--on the part of Hezbollah--"stupid".

History son...Israel has always been under attack from its Arab neighbors, ever since biblical times. They will flat out tell you, "Israel needs to be wiped off the map." Just in the past 3 months the leader of Iran made that statement. It's a known fact that the Palestinians want to annihilate the Israelis. They will never live in peace.

^^That's the "ethnic cleansing" I'm referring to. If they could, they would. Now, it's mostly picking off Israelis one by one. That's why Israel is pretty much doing pre-emptive attacks to say, "Look, we will not tolerate aggression against our people." It's all for religious reasons and nothing else.
