 Welcome to the 1-2 Punchline League! This is week one so this is the only week you'll go into without any wins or losses. This is the beginning of something great. You've only got seven battles this season. And all seven are against different opponents. As you may know already, your in groups, and we made them even in competition.. so prove that YOUR the best. Cause right now its all just hype. Here's how things are gonna run.. Battler #1: DaTrusHurtz Battler #2: SlicKnife Battles go up Sunday night Battler #1 drops 1 bar due Wednesday night (11:59 pm ET) Battler #2 drops 2 bars due Thursday night (11:59 pm ET) Battler #1 drops 1 bar due Friday night (11:59 pm ET) 5 Links in check-in due Sunday afternoon (6:30 pm ET) Here are a few rules that you SHOULD know already but if not, now you do: - Feeding IS allowed. Each person will have the chance to feed if they want to. You will not be penalized for feeding. - If you sway, you WILL be DQ'ed. There are no second chances.. sway and lose. Don't do it and you wont be DQ'ed - Voting rules are being enforced. If you dont leave links you'll lose. Even if it's a no show win, if you dont leave links.. you lose. - If you havent read the rules yet, do it now as there are alot of updates. |

v/DTH, I didn't like anyt of the bars until DTH's last one. The santa clause one was decent but I felt the wording wasn't what iot coulda been. Slicknife attempt to flip the santa clause bar was weak, and self-glory, didn't like it at all

trus' 1st punch was alright.. it was a decent.. wasn't amazing to me but it did hit.. slic's 1st punch was ok too.. i felt he could've executed it a bit better.. but it was decent at most.. slic's 2nd punch was ok.. it was kind of plain and simple.. so that brought it down for me.. trus' 2nd punch was cool.. probably punch of the battle..

I am not swaying - any if the mods think I am they can delete this....just want to explain my first punch since some of you missed the point of it That is NOT self-glory, there is a meaning behind it...if you all listen to live rap battles, and see how they flip punches, it is similar to what they do - I am saying he compred me to Santa, and I gave the reason why....I am relating it to what he said and twisting it, I am not saying some shit like 'oh shit I am sooooooo good....because I never have a bad line'..... Thats it |
was a pretty meh battle, expected more from DTH, alltho he still came out on top here, last punch won it for me, it was better than both of slics..
