Sonny had a nice rhyme scheme but most his punches were simple. the microwave line was a decent concept but was executed poorly. the only thing i was really feelin was the dots/sun line. Mercules had a nice verse. i didnt like the first two bars but he picked it up nicely thereafter. Sawdust and Tare lines were coo. purple stuff had me chucklin a bit. Head first line's prolly the best out this battle. |

an okay battle here..
pretty much, I thought sonny had some cool concepts that just weren't delivered well.. like, i actually enjoyed that myspace shit.. and a couple others, but merc just had more attitude in his verse.. more "fuck you"... opener, i thought was funny for obvious reasons... then, saw dust, and a few others.. the sonny D was played, as i figured it was even when i used it. v merc |
