My dad is. He runs a law firm in downtown Phoenix. He's been an attorney for over 20 years and in the cases where he's defended people he has yet to lose (he deals with civil law suits, so by "not losing" his clients haven't had to pay ANY money every single time the case has gone to trial). Not to say that he hasn't settled cases, but in trial he's undefeated.

What legal advice do you need? I promise you nobody else on this site, or the parents of anybody on this site, will come close to touching my dad in legal matters. He came second in his law school of over 250, he started out working for the biggest law firm in the state at that time, now he runs a law firm with three other people and he has a ton of people working under him, while he has no boss. Like I said, he's undefeated defending cases in trial and he has won multi million dollar cases as a prosecutor as well (though he hasn't done that in quite a while, as it's too risky considering his age and what age he hopes to retire at).

Regardless, he knows the law front and back. Just get at me with a pm or something.
