your ignorant fam...to me... it aint that you saying it...or more along the lines of how you say it and to whome you say it too. There is a big difference between calling some one a 'Nigger' how you blatantly put it...and calling some one a nigga. Nigga is like saying brotha or my boi or that 'Dude' as most white people like to say. Its a way in which we speak to each other because we where raised around the word and speach and sceneries that would involve the use of the word in friendly terms rather then racial....

I doubt a black man in the hood wrote that dictionary if you know what I mean. well either way...Nigger IS the racist way to say it. Its the way that if you walk up to any African amercan Male/Female and say something like "what ma nigger" they would easily get offended because the pronounciation and can make it a completely different word even if it wasn't what you mean. It is all in your pronounciation and how you come of when you say it. Yeah law is right...back in slave days..nigger meant like ignorant..etc..and they lableled it on black peoples..and then the definition switched...however they dnt put it in anymore and wordz ah god is right too..check ya facts
