wow...man...I can't believe I'm THIS CLOSE to getting my 1st property...

I spoke with my lender today and was told that Fannie Mae will do 100% financing. I have 1 more glitch to resolve. But, God willing, I'll be in my house by Dec., January at the latest.


I'll tell yall this much. This process is crazy man. If you can learn about credit and debt now, do it. When you turn 18, get yourself a line of credit and be responsible with it.

On the other hand, if you're a rich bitch like Carson Jet, then you can buy everything with your pocket change!

okay, somebody please tell me... how do you build your credit? because you cant even get a decent credit card without any credit... seems stupid, do you just have to start out with a really shitty student credit card type deal or what? somebody school me, because im interested...

^ word, i got my own cell phone this past year and i've been making all my payments on time and shit, didnt know that was building credit :cool:

Do it early if you can. Then they will make love to your credit.
