now this has been discussed about various times throughout
the existance of the court systems and prisons and shit
but what makes us decide that a criminal's life aint worth living?
if a person kills a person does that make it ok ta kill him or her??
if u ask me thats like playing god and makin us look like hypacrites
i dont care whether its the lethal injection or the electric chair
its just not right ta kill someone that did sumthin wrong
some states see it the same way i see it which is good
but alot of states especially down south still have the death penalty

it would be if they were killed in the exact same way they killed their victims...

meh seriously though capital punishment is something i'd re-instate...coz it's not allowed in the UK but some sick cunts deserve the chair with the voltage down a lil slightly so the death'll last longer...or a reduced dose of lethal injection so they go through it longer...

man i don't care, we shoulda never lost capital punishment...it's the only thing that made law look like something not to break...nowadays the justice system is too soft

see prison is another society there's people who once they have a long stretch inside they jus can't adapt outside the cells because they've become part of prison society...so you may not like it at first but chances are you'll become part of a close knit society known as prison and you'll eventually care less about the outside world because the inside world is now all you know...so i ain't the type to take the quick way out so i'd prefer life inprisonment instead of death...but saying that...there's things that some people do that just don't warrant them breathing the same air as me ya get me...child molesters, rapists, cold blooded killers, terrorists, Barbara Streisand...they NEED to die...but not a quick painless one...na na na make it worth while and make it so other people REALLY sit back and think...i'd rather have a cunt die for his cruel vicious acts than becoming part of another society...

Death sentence = crappiest punishment ever. All it is is the loved ones of the victim trying to make themselves feel better, then afterwards realizing that killing the person that did it isnt enough.

If someone has done crimes to humanity and our way of life, if someone has murdered and shows no signs of rehabilitation, if someone molests children repeatedly...etc........

serve a mere 2 life sentences (equivilent to 14 years each despite the kids being 10???) and face parole within half the sentenced time on good behaviour to carry out the rest of your life...

Jamie Bulgers killers were released and given new identities to live in Austrailia in the "interest of their own safety"...why?...they killed a 3 year old when they were around 8...and they were released when they were 18! that's 10 years on a childs life...ok they were kids themselves so my opinion is that...na fuck that they killed an innocent child and tortured him...they shoulda been excecuted themselves or AT LEAST spent the rest of THEIR lives in prison...but nooooooo our extremely well run government funds them to have new names, new homes in a completely different country!!!...now why didn't i think of that...they're basically being rewarded for killing a toddler...
