Ya, creatine is a natural protein your body makes that can be made into powder.

Basically its powdered protein you mix with milk or water.

Water if you can...but milk if you can't.

well then the only shyt ive messed with is creatine, but that was back when I was 16-17. I dont lift weights no more, no need to. Niggas yap, I get em stomped. I dont need to fight fools no more.

As far as just bein fit & lookin good. I run pushups 150 when i wake up, 2pm, and before i go to sleep. It keeps me right.

But to answer your question & not impose the "im hood i kick niggas ass" theory, Creatine is my choice.

But yeah, protein drinks are gay. Shit doesnt get absorbed well, its all just another useless marketing ploy. Sure, you'll get a bit of protein or something, but you can get just as much by eating a medium done steak, or two eggs, or whatever.

Change it to favorite steroid drink for apexx.

I've never actually had a protien drink. Unless chocolate milk is considered one lol jp.

Well the problem for me is I don't have time or the money to cook or buy a steak everyday. I paid $15 for 30 days of the stuff, a steak costs $15 per, so if I eat 3 I pay $45 a day for protein. I drink one when I wake up, one before I work out, and one after.

Research shows that if you eat or drink a protein shake after strenuous activity aids absorbtion.

In college I used Optimum Nutrition's vanilla flavored whey protein mixed with milk. Mixing it with water made it too thin and didn't taste as good. I thought the vanilla flavor was better than the chocolate because it didn't have that much of an aftertaste.

A really cheap way to get protein is buying cans of tuna. You wouldn't believe how much protein a tiny can of tuna has... check the pic below.. ~32g in one can and barely any fat. I made tuna fish sandwiches with mayo.

change it to Q drinks protein through a stiff hose :thumbup:

Tuna and mayo sandwiches are dope...one of my favs...i throw in a lil vinegar and a dash of pepper though...

i gotta make me one pretty damn soon actually lol
