You know, like just normal people that you arnt really friends with, they may be aquaintences, they may be workmates, maybe their casual sex, maybe their just people off the street you dont even know...

it depends on how random you're talkin about, you know, some miscellaneous person walkin in the crowd on the other side of the street, I'm not thinkign about them, but someone in my circles or even within range of my circles, yeah why wouldn't i?

i can only help to care to a certain extent...yes i care if something bad was to happen....but it wouldn't be on teh same level if one of my closest friends got hurt.....

is that an answer to my "why wouldn't i?" because that looks like a question. and i know you know the difference betwen an answer and a question.
