man...had my final "trial" class at the martial arts place...

I wonder about something. The "warm up" to the class is pretty intense...I mean, we're running and doing push ups and crunches and jumpin all over the place...Then, when the training starts, it's pretty intense..I can keep up cuz I'm in shape...But, what if I wasn't? How would they handle someone like that? I wonder cuz this is supposed to be an introductory class to see if I want to continue with the school.


Anyway...I learned 2 new moves to bring someone down, all with basically 1 hand and 1 finger...

Something else I'm realizing by taking this class is that you can't judge a book by its cover. Some of the people in this class look innocuous But, they are fightin machines man...
