Jay-Z concert on Nov. 8th? He did 8 concerts in 8 different cities nationwide on Nov. 8th. Unfortuately he didn't come to Sacramento, but they said he went to Washington, D.C., Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL and Las Vegas, NV.

But they didnt confirm the other cities, and the tour was a success. If anyone went, how was it? I think they said each concert was around 3hrs of length....
