Depends on your body type...But, what's universal is this: calories in < calories out.
In other words, cut back on the junk and get sweatin a few times a week. You'll lose weight eventually. |

start power lifting
turn that fat into muscle but do some cardio to And get ona good diet, you can probly find some ideas for workout plans on bodybuilding.com/forums or w/e it is if you do work out, use hydroxycut if your losing more then 2lbs a week, your losing muscle though |
