yup, i know alot of ppl that double an triple sell beats off rip, jus know what you're gettin into before you buy an exclusive beat....agreed w/ written contract

i leased a beat the other day...50 bucks.....it went well....he even said he DJ's in miami and atlanta a lot...and he would love for me to send him the completed version..and if its dope...itll get some bumpage in the club........so yea..he was a coo dude...i can link u up if u want

^^^Yup I came across a few yesterday...steer away from them if you can notice it...the most ligit ones are the most proffesional looking ones..that's the best way you can tell..and also written contracts..is a must for exclusives and leases
