this was for the 1st round of LE's tourney....

im definitely re recording this song..and adding a 3rd verse...already have some of it written...BUT..i may put the one im writing for the 3rd..in the 1st...and switch em around...so PLEASE tell me if you like how i come in..thats important...

i quick mixed this...please give some constructive criticism cause im re recording and dropping it on the next cd....thanks

I dont think that the beat fits ur topic that well though....it sounds more like one of those rnb type beats that you'd do a love song to...iono the lyrics are pretty dope though...really like this........the lyrics and the emotion plus the hook really make up for the beat but the beat does sound pretty commercial

def. could see this being on an album.....not a mixtape..this is more professional...real talk

beat choice fits you....i culdent do this.....quality is coo it seems like the beat is clashin wit your vox i dunno hook in the beggin i think u should crossfade it so the hook culd come in cleaner....delivery is coo i like it...lyrics is coo.....this is sum shit that u can jus listen n drink a few beers n shit....in the hook lower the highs a lil....gud song man.....

the back back back part...up up up the dubs so it hits harder...put a lil echo on the dubs of that too so it resinates in your ears...

again up the volume on the my love part

if you can make the "dammit i got a life to find" part a lil more emotional....

the hook - up the volume of the half empty half full parts....it would resinate more in your ears.....

second verse in my opinion follows the directon of the first flowwise too much....the verse your writing i hope has a lil different direction to make me want to be sure to listen to the whole thing over n over....not just parts of it.....

i didnt hear too much in the second verse that could be improved that would make it that much better like in the first....but some real feed for a real good song....rtf on "fly away"

Your flow on this was perfect on here. As for the hook, I could hear someone like Triple being effective on it.

I loved the introspective lyrics.

beat is dope, but like Past said i'm not 100% positive it fits your topic quite right... your flow is on point as usual and presence is there... i would consider changing how you come in though, i see what you're saying, it just seems to kinda jump in.
