Is God prejudice ??
 

Now firstly, don't get me wrong because I do not hate God and this is not another I HATE GOD thread.

Its a question I actually got asked once before and what resulted was an hour long discussion on the question itself.


Now, I would say that in some way God is prejudice. I mean, if you believe in the whole concept of God/Devil and Heaven/Hell and that the good souls go to Heaven and the bad souls go to Heaven... isn't that a form of discrimination right there.

Discrimination - Treatment or consideration based on class or category rather than individual merit; partiality or prejudice.

God or whatever power up there is putting people into two different classes and is rejecting those bad souls from entering Heaven, which could be considered a form of prejudice discrimination.

Those are my thoughts anyway, what do you think ??

No, no, whichever way you look at it, it is up to the person. Its not like having a toilet for whites that blacks can't use, its like a resteraunt that has a dress code. It is up to the person whether they adhere to that code, they know the code, it's their choice whether they are allowed in or not.

Anyway, there is a lot of holes in that concept of God and heaven/hell anyway.

God shows favor to whomever he chooses to...so, YES.

Who cares if God is prejudice. Its a moot point, he doesn't exist.

I'm much more concerned with people in power being prejudice.
