Back hurt
Before the gay jokes, don't even bother, they've been played since the first time this happened. Any attempt at a "funny" will be ignored. :gfy:
I was walking today, this is the second time this happened, maybe third, and I can barely walk. My back basically 'gives out on me' if I don't stretch as soon as I stand up. Now this has happened before I started working out. Now I need it to be better, by tomorrow, because I DO NOT want to stop my routine from working out. Anybody know if maybe I should be laying down, or what. Nobody can give me a straight fucking answer. |
Do A bunjy jump. Trust me, you will never have the problem again.
|
I couldn't even get to a bunjy jump, let alone try one without dieing trying to get in the thing.

Go to a chiropracter or a doctor.
Don't try to be tough and ish bout your back. Your back is very fragile and even the littlest movement done wrong can kill you instantly. |
I wouldn't say kill you instantly, but maybe you should see a chiropractor.
May I ask, what kind of shit do you do at your work outs? Back problems are often caused by deficiencies in the back or abdominal muscles. If you are doing a lot of pectorals, arms and shoulders stuff at the gym you could be throwing off the balance in your body and putting extra strain on your back. If you ever do bicep work remember to do tricep work, if you ever do chest work remember to do lat or back word, if you do a lot of abdominal stuff make sure you are doing back exercises as well. I think though that a lot of abdominal exercises strength the back as well as the abs, so if you're not doing enough of that then maybe that's the problem.. |
Upper back or lower back?

^^ werd if its lower back doin sit-ups can help
