and bearshare and ares dont work on my computer :(

was gonna say ares but nevermind :( how come it doesnt work what does it do? i use ares for single tracks and albumbase.com for abums or w/e

It puts so many ads on your comp and when you close it it comes back, even after you set the settings to not pop up again.

I dont like torrents cause I would have to deal with way to much shit to get past 2 kb/s downloads when I can do 200 kb/s with regular d/l's

Bellsouth throttles the shit out of torrents

if you had a mac i'd say run the broadbad optimizer script and let your shit max out with all upload and download limiters off.

since you got a PC, i dunno what to tell ya

i use azureus client with torrents, and all you do is set the options so that upload stays at 10kbps max and download infinite speed, 90% of the time my downloads always go fast but it depends on how popular the torrent is

I use torrents, I optimised my settings for maximum download speed and my torrents get downloaded at an average speed of 150kbps.
