there's 2 main ways (analog and digital) and a billion different means to execute them.

google whatever type of video you want to convert (mpg, avi, etc.) to mp3 converter theres a shitload, but most have a limit to them so you'd have to get them cracked or something, or you could just strip the audio like they said from another program, but if you mean mp4 then same thing just google for a converter
