There is a lot of shit to be cautious about..

Have plenty of water, because you get dehydrated..
You'll get warm, not like overly hot, but you'll definitly feel warm..
Lights become very vivid and you like to touch a lot..

If you are a new comer..

Take 1 pill at most, wait an hour, a it should kick in pretty well....if you feel you can handle another dosage of that, take another, and so on and so on..

But they definilty fuck you up for a while.

Oh, and be careful about the shit you buy. Anyone can make a pill look like an X pill. They all have markings in them and you can do your research online on to which ones are the best.

i havent ever done it but definitely be careful about how many you take, b/c what ive heard is you're gonna feel for awhile after u take your first one that you can handle that easy so you're gonna wanna take another one and another one before any of them hit... then when they do, you're in trouble.

taking E is fine, you won't OD or nothing depending how you do

how big of a dude are you? if ur a small guy and its ur first time take 1 cap, then wait a bit and take another half cap.

if ur a big dude then just pop a full cap. give it a few, have a few drinks is fine.
then once ur high is done, give it like another hour and pop another cap.

but make sure you don't smoke weed and take E, that shit doesnt go together, you will get fucked up if you do that.

and also be prepared for the downfall.. its like a really bad hangover times 10.
