That's good they like the shit nah mean...it's normally those close to you in life that ride wit it and support you...

For me, my fam have heard me and support me deff 100 percent...my niggas at school when I first started rappin didn't kno..now im out of school they know..and we went back there a few weeks ago dropped some shit cats went nuts n got theyre support too man so all good...

i'm always playing my stuff in the office...or on my phone...or at home...i dont think there's not one person i know who hasnt heard my stuff...even in the club i've spit verses at total strangers who've liked my stuff...but good shit man now the next step is to let strangers hear ya music...

Dude, it's WAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY easier to let strangers hear your music. Cause if they like it or not, chances are that it will be the last time you even meet. So who cares if they like it. Of course you want them to, but that's not the point.

Showing people that you know and see on a daily basis have the potential to poke fun at you or say how wack you are.....its a lot more devestating.


But yeah, I've shown people I work with whenever shit comes up for me to slide it in there. I'm not really one to go out and talk about how great I am and push my shit on people, so when the topic comes up, I let them know that I make music. If they want to hear it, I break em off with a mixtape. Most people are shocked cause they think its gonna be some wack, unmixed garbage....so when its not that bad, mixed garbage they think its good ;)

^^Word, I feel what you're saying about Fam being harder on you...But, that could go both ways...Sometimes, fam and friends don't want to hurt your feelings so they say, "YEA, THAT WAS, UMM, CREATIVE."

My man DC was tryna get me to let the damn cable guy hear my song while he was installin' my DVR...I was like, "Umm, I don't mind, but we're talkin about the Lakers right now."

Crazy tho...I can't wait until I put together a studio-mixed album...Then, I'd be more willing to let total strangers bump it.

when i first started...back in the day in my dads studio and didnt know anything about hip hop...i was droppin shit about my rims and stuff lmao....so wack...id never upload them bitches.......but yea...back then i was like.."ok im not letting anyone hear this until i get at a level im comforatable with".......

and well....ive come to the conclusion that there will never be a level that im comforatable with so........everyone just kinda found out a long time ago...theres always gonna be people that truly think your gonna blow up.....and there always people that think u suck the big one...thats just how it goes...

i dropped a killer rhyme for people at highschool like 5 years ago when i was in my mid teens n shit the crowd went wild i was actually really surprised because it was the frist time my peers had heard me...but when i was younger my brothers used to hear me rhyme along with bone thugs and nas and shit so they already knew i could spit...and my generation in my family got quite a few rappers/producers/singers etc. so it wasn't really a shock to my fam it was just like "another cousin can spit now lets make a lil bit more money from this shit"

i spit live at venues quite a bit and have mixtapes out and shit soo everyone i kno has heard my shit either live or onna mixtape or internet..............but werd u need to get that ego boost fam rock a venue then youll feel dope when tha crowd bumps with you
