i have reason 3, cakewalk sonar, and fruity 6 but havent even made beats yet, i dont have any monitors though just regular speakers but they're way better then shitty computer ones that come with the comp., i really wanted a midi keyboard badly too but dont have the money, i wanted a 88 key one it was like 4-500 forgot exactly but it could also be played as a regular piano cuz i played piano regularly at the time so i didnt want it to only be midi

but in the end if i managed to save a shitload of money i would like to try out a korg triton, those 2,000$ 88-key kinds but thats for way later -_-
