I dont know much as far as specific rappers go.
Although, I know the whole vocodder thing was REALLY popular in the late 90's/ early 00's. It's still popular among the west, but to my knowledge thats kind of when it hit its peak. Look for stuff around that time period I guess.

All the fucking whackass Mexican rappers do that shit constantly. I can't seem to think of any specific songs though, it was just really popular a while back and died out real quick.

is there any cool edit plug in or pre set that can do that? Or any other program that can make vocals sound like that?
