Rhyme skills are one thing, music making is another, and putting the two together is another. I can't fucking stand JR's voice so I don't listen to him, meaning I can't speak on him, but in terms of Joe, he just doesn't keep a listener engaged very well. The nigga can rhyme when he rhymes, he can make good music when he does that, but I haven't really heard him put the two together.
