So...

My mother and myself started a local tshirt printing business..im pretty sure theres alot of those out there in ya'll town, and if there are im pretty sure this will not be as of any help to you.. but anyways. we specialize in custom tshirt pressing.. Memorial t shirts. self promoted t shirts. youth group organization t shirts. whatever you want we do. Jeans,shirts,sheets,...we've had people bring pillow cases and all.

But. i figured since im on the internet. and on these little rap based websites. with aspiring artists from all over, i figured what better way to help promote ourselves than on here. thats' only if anyone would be interested in getting shirts made for promotional uses and for their "crew" or for themselves. Just a thought. just letting it be known....

and This is the site with some of the work i've done so far. im a beginner with photoshop. not expeirenced with it at all. so any feedback and advice you'd have for me Please give it to me :)

To be exact its actually "pressing" you know.. heat pressing. Not screen printing. screen printing is more exspensive and limited to colors n shit. But I DO design my own designs. um im new at it. just started so nothing spectacular yet but im learning. and sometimes i'll have people Tell me exactly what they want on the shirt and what they want it to say and give me the pictures they want on the shirt. and yeah you can give me a design and i can put it on a shirt for you. The quality is hard to really describe. but we use Iron on transfer paper and place it under a heat press. and after its done it wont come off at all. the more you wash the more it blends in with the shirt. thats if you wash it correctly. Some of the shirts i've done you'll see have alot of white on the edges which can be cut off if asked its up to the customer. But take a look at the ones i put on my myspace page. They arent the best pictures i used my cell phone.

my advice would be to start a store on ebay maybe, and just put random pic's of rappers on the shirts. But I might be interested in somethin' myself, whats the price?

yeah ive started this venture a while back. but we use screen printing not heat press. it comes out a lot more clean.

but thats good stuff. keep it up..

what are your prices? I was going to go with the people in Japan to make my shirts, but i might want to hit you up...PM me, or instant message me (lyricalyillest33)

Nice... I've thought about selling shirts too. Even came up with 10-15 design ideas for a funny t-shirt line. It would be sweet to see someone on the street wearing something that you designed. Good luck with your business.

Ms. Get Gully 05-10-07 07:58 PM

sure apex..what kinda suggestions you got for me. i need all that i can get! The prices are posted on my myspace page link in the blog section. but yeah it would be worth the money if had. but we just started out small with a 7,000 + pressing machine

well basically in a word, presentation. wait till you can get together the presentation you want before you present. you never get a second chance to make a first impression. how this relates to you more directly is the pictues should be on the main page and taken with a camera that'll showcase your quality instead of make you look rough and amateur. also the appearance of the myspace should be professional and highlight the product - all even if you're doing it on a budget.

think of it like a burger. you could have the greatest most delicious mouthwatering burger known to man, but if it looks like ass, all sloppy and busted and falling apart on the plate, who's gonna want it?

when you get the plate presentation, then you talk about the burger. know what i mean?

Ms. Get Gully 05-10-07 10:59 PM

indeed i agree 100 percent. great suggestion lol BUT. your talking to the female who's had the worse quality in audio. i understand where your coming from. BUT im the type thats too anxious to wait. im too anxious to wait to get money for a better camera to take better pictures. Im too anxious to wait to build up more of a portfolio of designs and tshirts .. but it definitely is something i SHOULD work on. and i'll change the page up but im not sure whats more 'professional' looking. i dont want it to be too plain jane. and i dont want it to be TOO 'hood'.

yeah...apexx is right.....

the pics is mad bootleg man...

and theirs a lota spots to get shit like this made.....if u tryna compete n be taken serious.....u gona have to step it up............
