What the fuck does that mean? That it's skin? But it's pealing off as if I soaked it in bleach or something. <_< this happen to anyone else and it turn out to be harmless? Or am I fucked and you think I have a disease?

I am pretty sure it's just dry skin... You have two options:

1. Bear with it, and as long as you're not dehydrated all the time it will eventually heal.
2. Buy some kind of moisturizing lotion and put it on there so it isn't so dry. If you do this, I dunno what might happen though... Since the body loves adapting to shit like that. Fore example if you wash your hairless frequently your head will start producing less oils. If you wash it more frequently your head will produce more oils. So I am not sure, but maybe if you just rehydrate the skin with lotion all the time it will take longer to heal or wont heal.
