tommorrow morning i will be signing the papers to buy a $180,000 home right smack dab in the middle of the suburbs lmao....4 bedrooms...rec room...3 full bathrooms....i might have to upload some pictures of it....

im renting the other rooms out to friends...shits gonna be ill.....i will own a house and a condo...ill be renting this condo out to pay it off as well....already got people wanting to move in....

so uhh...yea im pretty much excited and shit...

and im going to a broadcasting school in nashville to become a sportscaster.....

ha....so you have me half beat....i got a house in the burbs....4 bed 2 bath...rec room w/ fireplace, n living n fam room....but no condo....n im 21.....damn you for out shining my shine....tho i got some pimp shit up in that bitch...ill hook the cribs up when i can

lmao only about 14 grand a year......

now figure that one out.....

my condo is 500 bucks a month..the payment on it......

so ill be charging 600-650 a month plus utilities....put the extra 100 to 150 down on the condo to pay it off....it should be paid off within a couple years....after its payed off all of the money goes in my pocket.......( and theres definitely a bunch of people wanting to rent it out from me....itll be easy to rent out...i could probably charge more than that but i wont....)


after everything is said and done with my house...its gonna be about 1200 a month...thats including all utilities....and insurance...everything.......

its 4 bedrooms....3 people are moving in with me....all paying 300 a month.....so that leaves me with a grand total of...*drum rolls please*.......$300 a month to own a house and a condo.....hooray for me......

and the question always comes up.."well what if 1 of your roommates moves out?"....and its a good question....BUT i have saved every dime from the time i was about 5 yrs old...i had a lawn care business that i started in middle school....worked with my step dad in construction since then too....soo i have THOUSANDS in my saving account that i never touch....and my checking account money goes towards my house payment..and whatever else i decide to spend it on....
