Ummmm, oops.
Here's a tip:
When taking a placement test for college, DON'T RUSH just to get to the bus stop on time, because you might end up in intermediate algebra although you've already taken trigonometry. Yeah... |
lol no way. you didnt do that did you?
|
in most cases... if u explain ur situation and if u have a cool advisor... theyll switch u to wat u think u should be in....
|
There are a lot of assholes though..
|
where u goin to school?
|
and here's a tip on the opposite spectrum... when taking a placement test for college, do well, but don't give it your all.
When I was taking my math placement test, I scored really high. I ended up being placed in an advanced level calc class which was filled with like math and physics majors. Class was hard as hell n' I got a D in it. Meanwhile, all my friends were just takin' regular college calc, which I prolly woulda gotten an A in. This ain't high school man where u get an extra GPA point for an honors class. Bein' at a lower level ain't really the worst thing. |

haha nahh man, community colleges are whatsup... best deal in the world, you can make what you want to out of any education. you can get more out of a 2-year degree at a community college than somebody will at Harvard who doesnt give a shit about what they're doing. |
