Does anyone know anything about ipods?
 

So I got an 8 gig ipod nano for christmas, and I was listening to some shit on it. I paused the song, then went downstairs to plug it into the computer so I could charge it/put some more songs on it. As soon as I fucking plug it in, the fucking thing freezes. It doesn't respond to shit. I unplugged it and it still doesn't fucking do shit. I cant turn it off or anything, and its been sitting here frozen for a good 45 fucking minutes and it's really frustrating/making me want to break the motherfucker in half. Anyone know what the deal is?

Isn't there a reset somewhere?

make sure its safe to unplug.

hold the center button and the menu button until it resets.
should reset ya system and still keep ya songs.

you need to wait for the battery to die. I use to have an ipod. actually i still do but never use it.. that happens every once in awhile.. it sucks but shit happens.. no way to turn it off.. well i wasnt even able to find a way.

i bought a ipod last year then the same day it froze then i googled it after school n it told me to hold the menu n center button

my old one use to freeze. The reset is like 5 seconds, but when mine froze i had to hold it for like 10-15 seconds, then it'd go off. word.
