Honestly, he wasn't spitting with that style of flow back in the day, I don't know if Gillie ghosted or not, regardless I do thing Lil Wayne copied his flow then built his own swagger around it.

Gillie aint the only one doing that flow, a lot of Philly cats have that flow, it's not Gillies flow, it's Phillies flow.

Anyway, I really don't think you can classify Wayne as having a Philly flow. Listen to most of the artists that come out of Philly like The Roots, Freeway, Cassidy, Eve......they all sound waaaaaaay different than Wayne. Just some food for thought :thumbup:
