what kinda anger is it Baph? I have sudden rage issues in which I either:

Use a situation and twist it mentally to do wrong things to a person that I shouldn't do
or I beat the shit out of objects and break them.

i have an ex girlfriend who lives 10 hours away from me who has had a heap of my things for about 7 months now.. she has my ipod, ipod speakers, a big fucking sword and knife collection, heaps of expensive designer clothes etc etc etc...

the little cow threatens to throw it all out and i seriously think she uses this as one big excuse to keep talking to me which i really DONT want.

i need to stop myself putting a hit out on the little cunt.

well if the problem is you dont want to harm her, take it out on someone else. now if your not the type of person to randomly hit someone you see walking, then take up boxing. the best way to stop yourself from harming someone is to harm someone else. im not sure if thats really health for your psyche, but it works short term.

and if she just wants to talk to u, play along with it, get your shit, then forget the bitch
