Is there anyone on here that loves hip hop but doesn't know anyone else that does too.

I hated all music until I discovered rap. It's the only kind I listen to.
but the problem is none of my mates do. they would listen to the odd song and that would be it.

When I first wanted to rap myself, I gave up because I didn't know where to go or people who do it too, I'm just so glad I found out about text battles.
But I would love to be able to rap live with someone.

what the fucks wrong with music enough that you hated it? im the opposite to that man, i like all sorts of music.. old rock though especially.. rap is pretty cool, but i cant listen to it all the time ive got to have a bit of variety...

i mean i listen to A majority of rap. but also almost everyday i find a different group of some different genre that i like.

and being around rapper's and that whole "lifestyle" my whole life i've never been in that situation either.

It's not that I hate music, it's just that I never really 'connected' to other kinds. I like other genre's, a select few, but it's only rap that I love.

Well who introduced you to rap? Or was it a "Thing" ?

I found 'The Eminem Show' album, can't remember where. that's when it all started. Got all of Em's albums, and then started listening to other's.

Eminem, D12, 50cent and pac are my favourites.

yea i listen to all kinds of music but i can see how rap could be the only type of music someone listens to. it speaks to you more than other music. but if your that easily persuaded im glad the first CD you heard wasnt a soulja boy cd. as far as ya problem, invest in an MP3 player or look on the internet to find local rap scenes in your area and make new friends

To be honest music never interested me much at all until i came across rap.
I guess it was the fact of being able to relate to something in that time of my life that helped.I guess it helps younger pep's to be able to speak out about how there feeling or thinking.
I thought life would be a breeze when i was younger, oh how wrong i was!!!
As stupid as it sounds i was angry for a long time,but listening to pac really helped me express myself.(and not in a violent way).
