Have you ever been in a mental "zone" where you're so focused, nothing around you distracts you?


Like...I was in this zone today where I was so mentally focused, the volume level of my surroundings seemed to be on mute...as if I was in another world...


Anybody else ever experience this "zoning out"?

its pretty much how i prepare for my games, I dont speak to people on game day, im not around anyone I just focus on the task at hand.. that being winning. its great when you hit the peak of focusing and you know youre read

I came back to beat him by 1 shot....


But, it was odd...I went into this zen-like state to do it...


If you study books on war and martial arts strategy, you'll find out that what I basically did was draw my opponent into my world by throwing him off his rhythm and timing and "infecting" his thoughts...

He was caught up in what I was doing...and I ended up beating him.

I make more money playing poker at the casino than I do at my job dude.

You should still really bet money with friends instead of with casinos. was more or less what i was trying to get across.. but congrats.. money is money..

Yeah, I understand casinos take rakes and all that type of shit. But I can win 500-1000 in a night at the casino, I can win 200 with friends.
