A Penny for..... A tender intelligent young man from the Urban streets several battles and disses always overcoming defeat A clown in school, i marched hallways breaking rules detest'd the fools, who despised my will to never lose viewed upon as a rough kneck so i got love from girls While bein hated by parent like a demon sent to the world Biased towards me becuase of how i dress, left me stressed N gifted with more talent then the rest and drive to be the best While i've outgrown my wrong doings and not left too bad Approaching a new side with wisdom...a new high school grad Many gifts for college, i arrived on a scooter, still needed a tutor But i conditioned my brain to be enlighted by a computer Now i surf these sites daily all the while it influenced my style Blinded by random smiles i sense my skills progressin by miles My diction is viewed as "dope" as my skills transcend this plateau Now that i adopted a new flow from the net that slayed me slow With leagues and tourneys and messages from from lookn for me Trapped on the net that i viewed as a lyrical journey Loved the love and the notion of no one bein on top of me Attempted a break but returned to only graze mediocrity As i try to regain my fame my accomplishments r viewed as fiction While i paint a perfect picture people get addicted to my diction So once again my raise to fame is complete as i never lose a bout Til Im enlightened by my friends to how i completely sold out Now i return to the streets with hopes of money...and plenty And go back to bein above. after sellin my street cred for a penny I feel bad for devievin many but the net had me flyin like a dove Now with feelings of anguish as i gave everything up, for internet love |

I don't battle in off-season/pre-seasons because there is no point. call me when the real season kicks off, but preferably with more than 6 battlers. |

Exactly.
Off season = half-assed verses at best, hardly any voting and low activity in general. Also, if there is only 6 battlers currently its not going to make for much excitement in the matchups. I think J should just disregard off season and try to get another say six battlers so we have twelve and then start up a real season. That would be dope. |
