Is it just fucking retarded right now to buy up a shit load of Wakavia stocks?

I'm thinkin about doing it, becuase i know that well's fargo is in turn eventually going to buy that entire company, which will boost up those stocks.

Considering Wachovia is still currently tied up in litigation with Citigroup and Wells Fargo I wouldn't buy in yet. The litigation is going to be on a standstill until tomorrow, so I'd wait to see what ends up happening in that before you buy in.

Buying into anything is pretty dangerous right now and you will probably lose money right now no matter what you buy till the market bounces back.

Like Mim said, Wachovia is stuck right now because of their decision to go with Wells Fargo after agreeing to be bought for cheaper by Citi. The article I read said that Citi sued for like, 40 billion or something like that so might wanna wait on that.

Ok, well Wells Fargo is going to buy Wachovia but Citi is suing for 60 billion in damages.

Wells Fargo is only buying Wachovia for 11.7 billion.
