Wayne got 8 nominations, including album of the year.... i dunno about you, but i thought of all places, the road for lil wayne would end in the grammy's, but i guess since no one on the board even know what good hip hop music is, they have to base their decision on hype as well...

i mean lil wayne is skilled and all, but hes not who i want as the face of hip hop... lupe also got 4 nominations, but it doesnt seem like he will win any of them since wayne is also nominated in the overall music awards....

any opinions?

Yeah I really cant believe Waynes nominated THAT much. He's simply: garbo! I mean I can throw a beat on and just talk like a robot for 3 minutes and say "whats a goon to a goblin" too. Does that mean I'll be hella famous? Really...this is sad.

if you get good enough at anything and have that amount of confidence in what you are doing, then yes, if u could do that within the guidlines of lil wayne i think you could be famous.
