..yeah just started training at a new gym after being at a smaller one for a little over a year. If you know martial arts, then you'd be able to appreciate who some of my trainers are.

These cats are real serious. I got beat down pretty bad from George a few nights ago. This dude is straight from Thailand and if you know ANYTHING about muay thai, then you should know who he is.

I haven't had any fights yet. I'm definitely not anywhere near where I need to be in order to fight. I think maybe another 6 months and I'll be set. I think I posted a video of me at my other gym a few months ago.

Yeah that was weak. Once they start putting me in the ring to spar again I'll post some videos up. Even if I get beat down.

yea i used to train at the same gym GSP trains at here in montreal

yeah i trained two years in ju jitsu,muy thai,some judo and a prison fighting system called rock n roll.but i pretty much blew my shoulder out doing ju jitsu so i called it quits like a year ago.plus the shits getting to popular everybody and their mother are "cage fighters" now,people are just jumping on the bandwagon.so i just got back into body building.

How long did you train? Whats the name of that gym?
