So anyways
Who's watching the combine?
No one's really hitting a fast 40 time, it's depressing. |
roid watch.... hakeem nicks is the future tho
|
Yeah, it's all good though, the 40 is overrated in football. Although it is cool to see someone hit a crazy time in it.
|
I really hope the Seahawks don't dick out on getting Crabtree, if we don't i'll be very upset.
Well i'll be upset if he's available and we don't get him, if he gets drafted before hand I won't care, but if he doesn't I'll be very pissed. |

Even with his foot injury? I was pulling for Crabtree too, and even before the injury I thought the chances of the Seahawks picking him were slim. Now that the injury came out though, I think it's pretty much confirmed that he won't be playing in Seattle. They'll probably pick that offensive lineman from Wake Forest, whatever his name is. |
^^I think they could, it's not a serious injury, he'll be ready to play and good to go by draft time whether or not he worked out at the combine or not, I been watching the combine alllll day.
Also, he played alllll through last season with that injury and played fine, he is a tough guy and if the Seahawks pass up on a playmaker It will be disappointing. They always pass up on the big play makers for some unknown player. We have no one on offense that can make a big play and with that play making ability it would cause the defense to rest more which means Seahawks would win more games. |

Agree with a lot of what you said, they do tend to pass up on the big name guy to take the lesser known figure later in the draft. John Carlson worked out though, right? Besides, wide receiver is such a talent heavy position in the draft that, I think they'll use they're top pick to address a position there's less quantity of, then try and fill the WR holes through later spots or even free agency. There's some decent WR's in the market this off season. Oh and t-minus 3 posts until some Seahawks hate comes in here... Guarantee it. |
iunno tho the type of athlete Crabtree is and has the potential to become is hard to pass up. He looked better than Fitzgerald in college. and I think he can be better than Fitz in the NFL. And look what Fitz is doing for Cards. Crabtree is as good or better than Fitz IMO

^^check in our battle...............................
|
^ladies first .
|
That's why I want them to draft Crabtree, and by all means a little ankle injury aint shit.
I mean we have NO play makers on offense, and we have no Salary Cap to go out and get anyone because we wasted our money on that shitty ass rb julius jones, who came hard in 3 games and then fell off. |
i hope y'all don't tho. And that he somehow falls to the Jags at #7
|
there is a possibility of that happening though, I mean there always is.
And the Jags need a solid WR as much as we do. |

I'm not opposed to them drafting Crabtree, for the record. I'd love it to happen, I think he'd be a good fit. My gut tells me though that it's not happening. Hopefully I'm wrong though. If I'm not, like I said, there's a lot of talent in the free agent pool this off season, and further in the draft... So we'll see. |
I jus saw some kid get a 4.36 so I'd have to disagree with you.
