The closest visual thing to provocation is that she kicked her shoe off in the officers' direction, which is not enough to catch an ass whuppin' over. So there's gotta be something else going on that we don't know about due to the lack of audio.

I didn't see anything that said that the only reason she got whupped was because she kicked a shoe off. There was also nothing on that link that said what was discussed in court, aside from the not guilty plea.

Not everybody gets beaten by the police for no reason. I'm saying there needs to be audio so that the officer's actions can be justified.

All I'm saying is regardless of authoritative powers, with the lack of an explanation as to why he hit her on the ground, she probably fucking deserved it, but it hasn't been revealed what she did to deserve it. It's obvious that she did more than just kick her shoe off, because explanations to why she was beaten further were never given.
