You don't have to 'agree' on any topic or line limit with your partner. You can choose your own topic, and your own line limit. You have freedom. No deals need be made, no catch, nothing. Just pick a topic and write within the rules and you'll be good.

BUT, if I start seeing a lot of clogged threads I'm gonna start deducting votes.

Keep your threads clean.

You MUST vote on 2 battles before Sunday, and post the links of those battles in your 'check in' post. IF YOU DO NOT DO SO: you will be DQ'd. If you only post one, you lose 2 votes this week. But starting next week if you don't vote on two battles you're DQ'd.
