this might be a cool idea... what if we were to try and somehow set up a voting system in the songs threads and try and have some automated charts listing thread or some shit...

so you either vote good or bad on a song and the charts are determined on how many good votes you get corresponding also with how many bad votes you get when you post a song..

post your ideas on this or whatever n if people like the idea ill PM strobe about it n see what he thinks...

shud be an intermediate...like "aiight"

intermediate votes dont really get anyone anywhere in terms of point scoring...

unless you split a vote into decimals like .5

or make every good vote 2 points and intermediate 1..

thats probably not a bad idea i guess...

Make them mother fuckers listen. I cannot begin to list the battles I have lost without receiving one listen. Forget explaining. Half of them are retards and can't tie their own shoes. Just throw up the basics, explain it to them, show them how to vote and then make it easy with little buttons. And what the hell flashy graphics dont hurt.

if you just want charts you should do it on plays....kinda like billboard with copies sold but plays.....

if you want to do a voting system offer monthy awards or something maybe....and if you do this MAKE IT MANDITORY to be able to post a song you have to vote on 3 other songs..... that way people get votes n what not.....

you can combine plays and votes too, like each play is 1 point, good vote is 3, and aight vote is 2...and bad vote is -1... that way the popularity of the song factors in.

also i dunno how much work you plannin to do but you should have a soundclick station/playlist of the top 10 or top 25 or whatever is reasonable so ppl can just peep em all n shit like that......

they had that...but the peeps in charge were not on top of it...

and it was an epic failure
