Venue was actualy the magic johnson theater and im still trying 2 hunt down 5the footage from last friday... Indeed I killed it... just need the footage :)

just curious how do u prepare for a show?
do u get a little liquid courage in u?
and probly a stupid question but u rap all the lyrics not lip sync right or do u have the hook already in the beat cuz thats gotta be hard to catch your breath after spittin a verse then having to spit the hook or do u do it all??

I was just in manhatten last week.......

Went n saw the dave letterman show n had a look around the city... Was a pretty cool day..

in preparation for a show like the Zulu gig... i mediated three times a day... listened to my instrumentals regularly and recited my set to my self every chance i could... The performance... i did sober w/ the exception of a lil cold meds i had in my system cuz i had bronchitus .... but... yea... sober is the way to go when you have a major show and your performing by yourself... if you have hype men... then you can drink a lil.... but to answer your question as to ... if i perform w/ a back track the answer is no... i just rock wit the instrumental w/ the dubs and hook mixed into the record....

best advice i can give... is to feel yourself... if you dont... neither will the audience... ...connect with the audience and your 4sho gonna rock it.

nah...I know meditation works...Actually a technique used by Elite military forces to prepare for a mission...they breath deeply and calmy, imagining themselves perform whatever the mission is boldly...and with confidence...THe brain is tricked by this...and when ur in the actual situation, ur more acclimated to the uncertainties...hence, more confident...

ANyway...You didn't meditate like Tina TUrner in "WHats love gotta do with it" did u?
