The faucet turns a quarter to the left…i pause and prepare to enter
The water coming out like a tiny reincarnation of Niagara falls
I slightly lean my face in like an animal does to water
The water felt like heaven reborn on my face
My world slowly came back into view…unveiling the truth…
My world.
My world in which has been blinded….blinded
The way in which I see this world is a prejudice to society
I glance down at the water once more…hesitate then dive
My heaven...brought back to me again…reunited with everyone
But comes to an abrupt end the minute I tilt my head away from heaven
Hear these words…feel…touch…and acknowledge gods given...
A life in which he can view the world through 2 eyes…
Born again on earth…yet it is a passion achievable without god

I saw it…the light that is…again I savored the moment….
As if life has given me a second chance…now I must hold it…
But I cant…I begin to slip and let go…back into this world I have created
Back into the gloom…back into the world I will see again soon…

I saw a sea of fantasy as the water ran down my face
It seems that the water is my only connection to reality
It comes and goes just like an evanescent feeling
Mutual..
All too mutual…
I almost died as I thought what I was experiencing was good
I tried to gasp…still no air…
I tried to cough….still…no air…
I didn’t want to cry for help and alarm the scene so I fled

Back to the very source that brought me reality…a sense that I still was apart of this world….
The water…

Anyway, this was quite simply one hell of a piece...

...but to use the word simply would be an insult to it....as it had a lot of depth and complexity to it...

...imagery was brilliant, the approach you took original and 'on the edge'...just getting in there, flowing with vocab used well, without necessarily any of it rhyming....

...i think once or twice it did seem a bit too loose...but nah, that doesn't matter much on here...the style 'allowed' that to an extent...and the essence of it all was just so apparent, really enabled the reader to get into it well...

...enough said, respect...

ha!...no doubt...and to think a "blown" ass nicca could come up wit this :cool:...
