i dont like alot of the new music....alot of it sounds "nintendoized" & alot of tha rappers rap about a life they dont live...so its not "real"..

i like the older stuff... the Lost Boys "Renee" is tight and Royce Da 5'9'' "life"....Canibus & Pac are off tha hook...

old school has all tha pioneers of music, it's truer to tha roots of hip hop...

old school... they're sum of my favorites n their shit is tight..better than alot of tha "rappers" today....and it's still good now. half, if not more of it, is classics. i bet prolly alot of tha songs now use beats and samples from their songs...

I see nothing wrong with the music today, at least the music I listen to, and I think it is better than the Old School, but that doesn't rule out any type of talent in the Old School.

hip hop is still evolving.. and you can't say everything is wack then or now. alot of dope shit was and still is around. the thing is that, alot of the dope shit people bring out... doesn't get the proper airplay to be heard by the masses.

i prefer hip hop in general. old or new. as long as its dope.
