or is it your mom, did she run off with someone else, and for some reason that skank bitch got you down on ya-self.//
forget it, it's loyalty that counts, friends and close family, they always there to help.//

maybe in a different time or different place this self mutilation would be okay.//
but here on earth, there's somethin' called pain.//
it hurts, so why to stop emotional burns would you add physical torture, to me that's absurd.//
force your body to work over-time to mend itself, so really you just un-doing what you did to yourself.//
confusing, this constant abusing, using kitchen tools and medicine 'cause in your mind your loosing.//
but really you just blind to the wonders of life, choosing death instead, It makes me wonder why.//
dark over light, you think it get's any better when ya system shuts off.//

I have to explain the last two lines.. I have been legally dead for 5 minutes before.. I took a serious beating from a bat.. The doctor told me after my week long coma that I was damn lucky to still be alive and that it was a miracle that they managed to save me.. so that's how I've been there before.. meaning the other side (death)
